In 2021, I created a single charcuterie board that inspired me to launch a cheesy catering business. From spooky Halloween-themed boards to grazing tables feeding hundreds of wedding guests, All Aboard quickly grew into a hit in Telluride, CO. This passion project soon transformed into a small female-run business, enabling me to learn the ins and outs of running such an operation.
