Hello, Peruvian Pig Roast!

Pig_Roast_Salad_2.jpg

It seems like only yesterday that Amy Lee and I sat down to brainstorm tasty event ideas for the inaugural Brooklyn Clay Tour! Now, with the Tour behind us, let's just say that this three-day celebration of Brooklyn's ceramic arts community was one of the most delicious weekends to date.

Enter: Peruvian Pig Roast. Friday evening's kick-off party featured the most gorgeous meal, prepared by Surfish Bistro's Chef Miguel Aguilar. We're talking colorful ceviche, beautiful salads, rainbow baby potatoes, ocopa sauce, and of course, the pig. All plated on Alyce Barr's amazing ceramic dishes.

I'll be rolling out more blog posts covering the weekend's events over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!
